  • The 2023 WLC Las Vegas will take place on Monday, September 18, 2023 and Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at The MGM Grand Conference Center. Day 1 of conference events will begin on Monday, September 18, at 7:30 a.m. (breakfast) with Main Stage starting at 8:45 a.m. and will adjourn at 5:05 p.m. Day 2 conference events will commence on Tuesday, September 19, at 7:30 a.m. (breakfast) with Main Stage starting at 8:45 a.m., and will conclude at 5:00 p.m.

    For a great networking experience, we encourage all conference attendees to get acquainted with us at the VIP Reception on Monday evening, September 18!

  • The 2023 WLC and The MGM Grand Conference Center will comply with, and participants will be required to follow, any COVID-19 health and safety protocols mandated by governmental or hotel authorities at the time of the conference. Please access this link for a discussion of the MGM Resorts Health and Safety Commitment and the corporation’s COVID-19 safety measures.

    Conference participants will not be required to be COVID-19-vaccinated or wear masks to attend conference events, unless governmental or health and safety mandates have been re-instated during the conference dates. However, participants are free to wear masks as a matter of personal choice.

  • On-site registration will commence on Sunday, September 17, at 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., and you may register on-site on both September 18 and September 19, 2023, assuming seats are available on those dates. There is one flat rate for the live and virtual conference, so there will not be a discount for registration based on number of days attended. For planning purposes, we strongly encourage you to register early – we don’t want you to miss the opportunity! WLC history shows that we sell out early.

  • The live program registration fee includes admission to all general/main stage sessions, breakout sessions, the VIP Reception, conference meal services (breakfast and lunch) and all conference beverages and snacks during break periods.

    The virtual program will stream all Main Stage events on both days of the conference and one selected session for each of Education Session 1 and Education Session 2 (Day 1), and Education Session 3 and Education Session 4 (Day 2).

    Four live program participants and one virtual program participant will be randomly selected to each receive three free hours of executive coaching after the conference.

  • You may use any major credit/debit card or PayPal to pay the 2023 WLC registration fee.

  • Cancellations can be made by written request via email to wlc@fwle.org within 30 days after ticket purchase. No refunds will be given for any cancellations received after the expiration of this 30-day period, except for exceptional circumstances in FWLE’s discretion.

  • Yes, a room block for this conference will be available at The MGM Grand Hotel. When you register for the conference you will receive more information about how to register for a guest room. Please be aware of the following hotel reservation practices.

    Hotel charges. As far as the hotel is concerned, all guests will be responsible for their own guest room, resort fee, tax, and incidental charges. A $37.00 daily resort fee (reduced from the current fee of $39.00) plus the applicable Clark County Room Tax will be applied to each hotel room reservation and includes certain amenities.

    2023 WLC Group Rate Reservation Cut-Off. The cut-off date for the 2023 WLC hotel room block reservations is Friday, September 1, 2023. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted on a space available basis at the 2023 WLC contracted rate at the hotel’s discretion.

    Room Deposit/Payment. It is a conference attendee’s responsibility to submit a valid credit card number with name as it appears on the card, billing address and credit card expiration date, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, and tax as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room rate and tax at that time. Individual room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically cancelled by the Hotel within 14 days of the reservation date.

    All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date.

    Room Cancellations. The hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival date. There will be a charge of the first night’s guest room/suite rate and tax for cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check in on the scheduled arrival date for an uncancelled reservation.

    Unless otherwise arranged, all conference attendees/hotel guests will be responsible for their own guest room, resort fee, tax, and incidental room charges.

  • Business or Business Casual. Please note that the temperature can fluctuate among conference meeting rooms, so we recommend you bring a sweater or blazer just in case extra layers are needed.

  • Upon completion of the registration form, you will be sent a link via email to access the conference application (“app”) that will be utilized during the 2023 WLC. The app will contain all information related to the 2023 WLC including any presentation materials and handouts that the speakers wish attendees to utilize. The handouts can be found in the two (2) areas below inside the app.

    1. Main Menu tab under “Speaker Handouts”

    2. Inside the “Event Schedule” tab under each speaker who has provided a handout for distribution with her/his presentation.

  • Yes, there will be several exhibitors at this conference featuring merchandise for purchase.

  • If you are interested in becoming a future speaker or would like to recommend a future speaker, please submit a photo, biography and press kit (if available) to wlc@fwle.org.

  • If you are interested in receiving information on sponsorship opportunities for WLC, please email wlc@fwle.org and include “Sponsorship Inquiry” as the subject line.

  • This will notify all participants at 2023 WLC that FWLE will photograph and may make audio and video recordings at all venues of the MGM Grand Conference Center. By attending this event you agree that you may be included in such photographs or videos/recordings for news, websites, promotional purposes, advertising, social media, or any other purpose by FWLE and its representatives, and that you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before entering the event.
