No. On-site registration will be available at the conference on Sunday, August 30, at 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., and you may register on-site on both Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, September 1, assuming seats are available on those dates, from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on each day.
There is one flat rate for the conference, so there will not be a discount for registration based on the number of days attended.
For planning purposes, we strongly encourage you to register early – we don’t want you to miss the opportunity! Many past WLCs have sold out.
-
The program registration fee includes for both days admission to all general/Main Stage sessions, breakout education sessions, the VIP Reception, conference meal services (breakfast and lunch), and all conference beverages and snacks during break periods.
Conference registrants will also be eligible to receive complimentary prizes donated by WLC sponsors. For example, ten (10) 2026 WLC registrants who submit their business cards at the Registration Desk will be randomly selected to each attend “LEADERSHIP INSIGHTS,” a series of six (6) “master coaching classes” produced by The Leets Consortium, a premiere executive coaching firm. The program is designed to enhance and reinforce skills in today’s most important and valuable leadership areas, such as Leading Change; Building Team Resilience; Team Effectiveness & Performance Optimization; and Strategic Thinking with an Enterprise Mindset. The one-hour sessions are “live” with Anne Leets, beginning October 2026 and ending March 2027. WHAT A FANTASTIC DEVELOPMENT BENEFIT FOR ANY LEADER!
-
The general public may use any major credit/debit card to pay the 2026 WLC registration fee.

Cancellations can be made by written request via email to wlc@fwle.org within 30 days after ticket purchase.

Yes, a room block for this conference will be available at The MGM Grand Hotel. When you register for the conference you will receive more information about how to register for a guest room. Please be aware of the following hotel reservation practices.
Hotel charges. As far as the hotel is concerned, all guests will be responsible for their own guest room, resort fee, tax, and incidental charges. A $50.00 daily resort fee plus the applicable Clark County Room Tax will be applied to each hotel room reservation and includes certain amenities.
2026 WLC Group Rate Reservation Cut-Off. The cut-off date for the 2026 WLC hotel room block reservations is Friday, August 14, 2026. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted on a space available basis at the 2026 WLC contracted rate at the hotel’s discretion.
Room Deposit/Payment. At the time of hotel booking it is the conference attendee’s responsibility to submit as a guarantee a valid credit card number (with name as it appears on the card, CVV (the three or four-digit security code), billing address and credit card expiration date), or a cash deposit equal to the first night’s room rate and tax. The guest’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room rate and tax at that time. Individual room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically cancelled by the hotel within 14 days of the reservation date.
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after the attendee’s confirmed arrival date.
Room Cancellations. The hotel allows an individual attendee the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival date. There will be a charge of the first night’s guest room/suite rate and tax for cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check in on the scheduled arrival date for an uncancelled reservation.
Unless otherwise arranged, all conference attendees/hotel guests will be responsible for their own guest room, resort fee, tax, and incidental room charges.
